I Have Been Given Tamifoxin To Take And Was Unable

I have been given tamifoxin to take and was unable to take it , it affected my bladder , I have a over active bladder and on medication , now he has put me on femera to try , won't it do the same thing . I ask the pharmist , but she was no help . Thank you
