I Have Been Giving My Shepard Tw0(2) 100 Mg Gray

I have been giving my Shepard tw0(2) 100 mg gray pills of the Atopica plus three(3) tablets of Ketoconazole daily. As she has gotten smarter than me about swallowing this dosage can I break the Atopica capsule and dump the contents on the small bit of peanut butter I use to administer these capsules? I asked my local vet but he wasn't sure at the time so I thought I would ask you.
