I Have Been Going To Pain Clinics Off And On

I have been going to pain clinics off and on since 2006, I was on 30 mg of oxycodone 3x a day and one 30 mg ms cotton for night time. before i was done , in 2010 I was prescribed 3 15mg. of oxycodone and 2 30 mg time released ms cotton for nights. I took a break from 2010 to 2015, and I could'nt get up from my desk at work without 2 men lifting me up just to go to the rest room. I was in so much pai again that I decided in 2015 to go to the pain clinic, it was a different one who pretty much over prescribed however, I never felt any back or hip pain of shoulder pain and knee pain. My Molina insurancfe left the State of Utah Dec.21, 2017 and my pain clinic didnt take the Obama care I had to settle with. Since the problems with my lower back and siatica AND KNEE AND HIP PROBLEMS, i HAD TWO MORE INJURYS, TORN ROTATOR CUFF AND ON THE OTHER SIDE i FELL OVER A STOOL WHEN OUR LIGHTS WENT OUT AND FELL ONTO A PINE BENCH MY DAD MADE THAT WAS HARD AS A ROCK, AND CRACKED A COUPLE OF RIBS. since Mothers day 2018 when I played softball with Grandkids, I couldnt move nor stand the pain in my shoulder and down the arm. I spent all summer of 2018 laying down and hurt my ribs in August of 2018. I have old chronic pain from a headon from a drunk driver when I was young, it was a very bad accident and have had others since. So my poor body hurts everywhere. I believe what the pain clinic prescribed for me = that was 5 30mgs of oxicodone and 3 30 mgs of MS Cotton for long termpain, was over prescibing. however for the two almost 3 years I went there I felt absolutlooy no pain. I took my medicine correctly. I dont mind that my regular Dr. tried to taper me down, but what he tapered me down to did not help at all. I worked as a patient advocate for 29 years in several long term care facility's and the staff and residents loved me. I grew up with my dad in administration of the American Fork Training school, and he then bought his own Nursing home. He had me and my five sisters workd there, but only two of us really enjoyed that type of work, I moved on to other nursing homes due to it can be somewhat difficul
