I Have Been Going To Physical Therapy For Pelvic Floor

I have been going to physical therapy for pelvic floor muscles for many reasons. Today was the first time ever that anyone was able to voluntarily and without me fighting it stick something In my vagina (in this case a gloved finger). My therapist worked inside the vagina to target the muscles from the inside. Everything went well but now a few hours later I am having extreme dizzy spells that I’ve never had before. Is this normal?
