I Have Been Going To The Bathroom A Lot In

I have been going to the bathroom a lot in the past day. Urinating 5 or more times an hour, and I feel a lot of pressure in my bladder area and some irritation. I am worried it might be diabetes. Is this likely? I looked for blood in my urine (thinking it might just be a bladder infection) but there was none.
