I Have Been Have A Dull Constant Ache In My

I have been have a dull constant ache in my mid to lower left side of my back and side. It hurts constantly I have lupus and fibromyalgia. Especially after I have been standing or walking over 5-10 minutes, just sitting up in bed I still feel the pain.
