I Have Been Have These Pains In My Uterus For

I have been have these pains in my uterus for the last two months, I have had all the symptoms imaginable of pregnancy. but I have received a very light period both months along with negative home pregnancy test. I want to be pregnant but I am not sure. is there anything else that can cause these symptoms other than pregnancy?
