I Have Been Having UTI Symptoms For Two Weeks. I

I have been having UTI symptoms for two weeks. I gave a urine sample at my Doctor, and was prescribed 2 rounds of antibiotics. A three day dose, followed up by a seven day dose 3 days apart. This morning I woke up with a swollen knot on my left labia. It isn't red, and there isn't a sore or anything, it's tender and I can feel a swollen knot. What is going on?? I'm pretty miserable!!
