I Have Been Having A "bubbly" Stomach On My Left

I have been having a "bubbly" stomach on my left side for a week now. I ended up with my period on sunday and I usually have a very heavy and long period, (7-10 day) but this time it was only for 3 days and only one day was heavy. Yesterday I kept getting hot and cold and today I woke up with a headache, light headed, dizzy and at times feeling like I could pass out. I have had a few bowel movements today which isn't normal for me and have been nauseated to the point of dry heaving.
