I Have Been Having A Burning On My Tongue, And

I have been having a burning on my tongue, and then my cheeks turn red and itch with small bumps. my eyes are always red. Sometimes feel disoriented and sometimes have burning on my upper arms and chest.
but the tongue is always burning sensation. I also sometimes have itching scalp. I turned off the ac and it seems to get better but then its too hot and turn it back on...feels like a chemical acidic feel to my skin???
also have been having very loose bowls Could this maybe be a parasite?
