I Have Been Having A Burning Pain With Sharp Sensations

I have been having a burning pain with sharp sensations which seems to be increasing at my bra line in the right side and in right breast. I had a mammogram approx 1 month ago with no findings. The pain seems to be getting worse. I do not have a rash, but pain is similar to when I had the shingles last year. Please ad vise.
