I Have Been Having A Burning Sensation Up My Legs

I have been having a burning sensation up my legs for several months. I went to my regular doc and she said it was my tendons so she sent me to a foot doc. Ive wore wraps and had shots. Taken steroids etc. foot doc says i need inserts in my shoes. I havent gotten those yet, but the pain in my legs has now seemed to have changed some. I still have the burning pain but also a tightness in the muscles the more i stand. Ive also noticed a soreness in the muscles in my arms. Ive always active and now feel like i cant do anything without my legs hurting. Could this be a side effect of medicines i do take lexapro as well as estradiol or do i just need inserts for my shoes ?? HELP
