I Have Been Having A Dull Pain On My Right

I have been having a dull pain on my right going aroung my waist. I do not have my gallbladder or my appendix. Also I had a complete female removal to ovarian cancer two years ago. It has been going on for a week now. It hurts off and on. I did get woke up in the middle of the night hurting last night. I had been only having pain during the day. My stomach had been bloated and loose stools since last week. Which is not uncommon. I am either constipated or loose stools. I don't do very well on dairy product's.
