I Have Been Having A Foam Like Bowe Movement 3-5

I have been having a foam like bowe movement 3-5 days in a row now or over a year with many other issues. But my Dr.can't seem to find out what it is, other symptoms are fast weight lost, vomiting blood, blood like clots of nose loss of hair (lots) no appetite now pain in left abdomen to back
