I Have Been Having A Lot Of Issues. All Of

I have been having a lot of issues. All of the issues happen on my left side. Pain and swelling in my neck, burning sensation in my back, upper chest pain, feeling my heartbeat hard in my neck area and when that happens sometimes I feel like I can't catch my breath,numbness and tingling in my arms and hands, shoulder pain, Tingling in my throat going all the way up my head, a little bit of droopiness in my eye. I also sometimes get heaviness and tingling in my legs. I have had a CT scan of my head, MRI with contrast of my head, blood tests, 3 EKGs and everything is normal. I have been to the Chiropractor, an ENT Doctor, and have an up coming appointment with a neurologist. I am losing my mind trying to figure out what is going on. Could a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder area cause all of this?
