I Have Been Having A Lot Of Lower Back Pain

I have been having a lot of lower back pain and abdominal cramping. The cramps are off and on for different lengths of time and very intense. My period is a full week early and heavier than normal. This morning there was a huge clot and there was something in the clot it look like a sac. I have been feeling dizzy and light headed all day as well.
