I Have Been Having A Lot Of Pain Near My

I have been having a lot of pain near my pelvic area that gets bad without much motion. It gets to the point that I can't move at all for long periods of time and when I try to get up if I am sitting I have to wait for it to wear off. What could it be? I have had uterine fibroids before but it never felt like this.
