I Have Been Having A Lot Of Shakyness Or Tremors

I have been having a lot of shakyness or tremors for the last month or so and I have a appointment to see a neurologist on the 13th, but it seems like it's getting worse everyday I was diagnosed with MS in 2001 but haven't seen a doctor for it since I moved to Florida over 4 years ago to take care of my mother who was dying. I don't know if this is MS related or if it's a new issue as my primary doctor thinks. I just know I'm very confused and so physically exhausted from this whole ordeal.
