I Have Been Having A Non-painful Flutter Just Behind My

I have been having a non-painful flutter just behind my xiphoid in the last few days. It only lasts for a second and I'm otherwise asymptomatic (no fainting, fatigue, dizziness, etc). I've had a lot of stress in my life lately, and I'm thinking this sensation is related to anxiety, but I want to know if I should be concerned about anything else, considering my lack of other symptoms
