I Have Been Having A Pressure Feeling On The Right

I have been having a pressure feeling on the right side of my head for several weeks, in the temporal area above my ear. Along with the pressure in my head, I also feel pressure in my eye and ear area, accompanied by intermittant dizziness and a vertigo feeling. I can also feel a slight bulge in the temple area that is tender to the touch. Perhaps unrelated, I have also been having mild ULQ pain. If I had to describe it, I would say it is under my bottom left rib, posterior to the rib.
