I Have Been Having A Problem While Trying To Swallow

I have been having a problem while trying to swallow my food. It feels like it gets stuck and then I have to really work to either get it to come back up or go down. I feel like I'm choking on it and it's scary. My throat is now sore and irritated by this and it's been going on for three days. What could this be? YYYY@YYYY
