I Have Been Having A Stabbing Type Of Pain In

I have been having a stabbing type of pain in my left ankle. It is right behind the protrusion on the outside of the left ankle. I have tried stretching exercises but can not seem to get much relief. I am active. I walk 2-6 miles every day as part of my weight loss program. I had bariatric (ruen-y) surgery in Jan. 2014. I have lost about 260 pounds and I am continuing to lose but this pain is difficult. I haven't been laid up yet but I am worried that I have inflamed the tenden.
