I Have Been Having A Swooshing Sound When My Eyes

I have been having a swooshing sound when my eyes move - at times. Also, feel very disoriented. After reading some posts on here, efexor seems to be the culprit. Would you have any suggestions on what other anxiety drug might help. I was taking the efexor for relief of hot flashes and to relieve some anxiety. I guess one of my other questions would be, it this drug, efexor, damaging to my body? Thank you
