I Have Been Having Abdominal Discomfort With Excessive Gas And

I have been having abdominal discomfort with excessive gas and bloating for the past 5 days. Nothing helps it and eating makes it worse. I have had stomach problems in the past but never lasted this long. I also feel a little shaky and weak. Should I have a abdominal CT or endoscopy?
