I Have Been Having Acid Reflux Or Heartburn For Some

I have been having acid reflux or heartburn for some time now. Lately every time I eat something, within minutes to an hour, depending on what and how much I've eaten the pain and burning starts. Lately the pain has been so bad it radiates up my throat and into my neck, ear and head above ear. The pain in my ear and neck ( lymph nodes) hurts quite bad and I have had terrible bouts of vertigo of which I was in bed for 4 days with. I went to urgent care and they sent me home with augmentin antibiotic, mecclazine for dizziness and put me on a low dose blood pressure pill because blood pressure was 185/116. Was starting to feel better as long as I eat very little and now today ear pain has worsened and I had 2 bad spinning episodes. Is there more I should be doing, could gall bladder act this way or can acid reflux or heartburn cause ears to ache and lymph nodes to hurt? It also hurts in jaw by left ear.
