I Have Been Having Allergies And I Began To Have

I have been having allergies and I began to have lumps around my ear and my ear is extremely muffled now ,my nose doesn't run anymore but I am seing a small circular rash on my forhead and it startred same time as my sinuses started acting up ,,my mucus was green and yellow but its clear now, I have tried nasonex,flonase,and other allergy pills ,I have also taken a penicillin shot but nothing seems to make lumps go away or me get my full hearing back please help!!
