I Have Been Having An Upset Stomach For Just About

I have been having an upset stomach for just about two weeks now, more recently (last three days) it has been worse
Upset stomach
Extreme nausea
Diherrea
Lower stomach cramps
Bloating

Then a few times a day the stomach ache gets very uncomfortable, I get hot, shaky, elevated heart rate, dizzy, weak in legs increased anxiety.
I feel exhausted, but have trouble staying asleep and going to sleep
The only thing that seems to help any if not all of these symptoms is Ativan.
