I Have Been Having Angina For About 2 Weeks, Worked

I have been having angina for about 2 weeks, worked up in ER and ICU. All test "normal". Can't get in to see cardiologist before early Dec.. Nitroglycerin for discomfort. What new symptoms should prompt me to go back to ER before my app't?
