I Have Been Having Bad Armpit Pain With Both Arms

I have been having bad armpit pain with both arms and when I try and feel for a lump I feel one sometimes but other times I don't. The pain is constant though. I found out I have a Vitamin D Deficiency, can that cause this? I had a CT of the chest that have came back negative and U/S of the armpit which they have found no lumps so far but they day I had it the pain wasn't so severe. One doctor mentioned swollen lymph nodes. I have had blood work done that came ok except the Vitamin D Deficiency and I'm a little anemic. When I google this it says I have lymph node cancer so I'm freaking out lol...any advice would be greatly appreciated. What should my next step be?
