I Have Been Having Bad Heartburn For The Past Couple

I have been having bad heartburn for the past couple of days. It comes and goes. I have taken Tums and that helps a little. My chest was just hurting a bit too, but that seems to be going away. I have been suffering from bad gas as well for the past 3 weeks (burping) and some stomach pains (off and on). I was wondering if this is being caused by some homeopathic meds I am taking.
