I Have Been Having Bad Pain In My Lower, Left

I have been having bad pain in my lower, left side of my stomach. It started this morning and is getting worse. It hurts to try and rise from an sitted position, and to walk to the bathroom. Very sore/painful to touch in the area. I have been shaking & chilling for an couple of hours now. No fever
