I Have Been Having Bad Pain In The Right Side

I have been having bad pain in the right side of my stomach, with fever off and on for probably six months now. It is back worse than usual radiating down my leg. I've went to my pcp and ER for it several times but they offer no answers or any help at all. I don't know where to turn
