I Have Been Having Breast Tenderness, Fullness Feeling For About

I have been having breast tenderness, fullness feeling for about a week. It's uncomfortable when I remove my bra. I am post menopausal and have not had a cycle for 3 years. I am under a lot of stress recently from a life change. I am due for a mammogram as I haven't had one in 2 years. Any thoughts?
