I Have Been Having Bright Rectal Bleeding Since March. I

I have been having bright rectal bleeding since March. I have been to the gp who has referred me to a specialist. The bulk of the blood is with the first stool of the morning. The rest of the day their is blood mixed with the stool but not as much. The blood is bright red. No pain in the stomach but tired and frustrated about this situation. Test have been done and the GP did not find anything.
