I have been having canker sores lately and also severe constipation.
1- is there any relationship between the two?
2- how do I treat the canker sores?
3- Can I take laxatives to relieve the constipation?
I also had severe stomach cramps when I biked this weekend. We typically do about 20 miles per ride.
