I Have Been Having Cervical Neck Issues For A While

I have been having cervical neck issues for a while now. Bulging disc's, neck pain. Yesterday, I stood up to walk into the other room and my right leg just wasn't working. It didn't feel like it was asleep, it just wasn't working right. I went to ER afraid I was having a stroke. This was ruled out by a CT scan. My leg is quite a bit better today, but not back to 100% normal. This has never happened before. What could be the problem?
