I Have Been Having Chest Pain And Back Pain On

I have been having chest pain and back pain on and off for 4 days - it's not in the middle of my chest though. Very, very thirsty, very tired, hurt everywhere (most of that is due to other conditions). I also had an islet cell transplant which is failing, and my numbers are usually high. I have had 4 lows in 4 days. What is going on?
