I Have Been Having Chest Pain Located In The Middle

I have been having chest pain located in the middle of my chest. Two fingers to the left of the middle. Went to Dr. No heart attack. Had a ct of abdomen done. Results are. 1. 2 renal cyst left kidney 1.4cm each. 2. 1cm low attenuating lesion in the right haptic lobe. 3. Linear density is present in the right middle lobe. Could any of this be causing chest pain that feels like attack heart?
