I Have Been Having Chest Pains For About 4 Months

I have been having chest pains for about 4 months now. I had an ekg done when it first started and they said it was fine. I was put on Wellbutrin 150mg for stress. I waited and it didn't get any better. I just went and had another ekg done and they said its fine although I have these stabbing pains(sometimes last up to 10 minutes) in my chest. I have also been hoarse for a month and a half now. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it. Would love to get your advice.
