I Have Been Having Chest Pains For Several Years And

I have been having chest pains for several years and had an echocardiogram in 2014 which showed possible blockage. An angiogram in December 2014 showed no blockages, my EKGs have always been good, and I have a pacemaker, so why the chest pains still on a daily basis? I have balance problems possibly ear related. I am 71 years old and do yard work with out getting out of breath. My doctor says it is anxiety and I am taking clonazepam with no improvement of the chest pains?
