I Have Been Having Chills For The Past 3-4 Days,

I have been having chills for the past 3-4 days, no fever, really bad cough that may have turned in to bronchitis. The cough is pretty severe and it is hard to sleep. My body hurts all over especially my head (front middle and back middle). I have not had a fever at all but am very fatigues. Should I go to the doctor or just take care of it like a cold?
