I Have Been Having Chronic Back Pain For Years And

I have been having chronic back pain for years and I have injections about every three years. I have had an MRI on two occasions and I have 2 degenerative discs and narrowing of the nerve canal. I have had an other relapse about 2 weeks ago and contacted my doctor (naval doctor) I was given co-codamol 30/500 as this is the only tablet that worked over time. Tremadol and diclafenic did not touch the pain. Now I've had the relapse the co-codamol will not touch the pain and I struggle to stand/walk (worse than times before) I have purchased a tens belt from boots to see if that will ease the pain but to no avail it comforts me when on but as soon as I remove it I'm in the same pain. I would grade the pain 8 out of ten when moving about and try regularly carry out streaches but have to stop because of the pain. I noticed that my right foot was a blue coulor compared to my left foot being a healthy pink colour. The doctor in HMS Sultan has referred me to the pain clinic again in Portsmouth but I struggle day to day trying to manage pain. Is there any stronger pain relief I can take or anything I can do to help/manage the pain?

Many thanks
