I Have Been Having Chronic Pain And/or Irriatation In The

I have been having chronic pain and/or irriatation in the vaginal area since I came off Premarin around 1/16. I am 60 yrs old and I have a severe case of Interstitial Cystitis so I thought it was from that. I came of Premarin .625 mg about after being on it for 20 yrs. i have terrible hot flashes again and edginess and the vaginal irritation has been awful. My Doc thought it was from loss of estrogen and tried perscription vagisel and OTC estrogen supplements. After 8 mo of misery she just prescribed .3 mg Premarin. I have been on it for over a week and no improvement of symptoms. Should I go see a Gynocologist now? Any suggestions?
