I Have Been Having Clitoral Pain For The Past 2

I have been having clitoral pain for the past 2 days and it seems to be swollen. It hurts to touch and when anything, like clothing, touches it. It started on my trip to Washington, during the trip i did lots of walking about was on a bus for over 8 hours. At the time I was also wearing a lace thong which may have irritated it. What should I do?
