I Have Been Having Cold Chills The Past Few Weeks,

I have been having cold chills the past few weeks, even in 80 Degree plus temps, but my skin feels like it is on fire at the same time. And my sinuses are hurting. Any possibility that it is one problem causing such different symptoms. I am also very tired. Even after I sleep.
