I Have Been Having Complications With My Throat For A

I have been having complications with my throat for a month now, was prescribed 3 different antibiotics and although on the 3rd time I feel a lot better my throat still shows signs of infection, they thought it was strep at first but lab results proved it's not and they aren't sure what the bacteria is..my throat has white patches in the back and my uvula is red and covered with red pimple looking spots, I have a bitter taste in my mouth and a minor soar throat. Any ideas?
