I Have Been Having Constant Open Chin Sores Below Lower

I have been having constant open chin sores below lower lip with very bad dental mostly lower teeth. Dentists turn me away saying I have no proof of insurance (lost wallet, no cards). I am also feeling tired. Do I go to emergency or wait til Monday for dentist ( If they'll accept me)?
