I Have Been Having Constipation, Basically Due To Stress...nothing Appears

I have been having constipation, basically due to stress...nothing appears to aliviate the problm...my doctor prescribed a liquid that was supposed to do the trick within a few minutes, it took hours before I even had cramps, but no results. After a while some hard stool but blood also, still not getting result I expected.
