I Have Been Having Contipation, Im A Girl On Her

I have been having contipation, im a girl on her period, i have been having sharp dull pains in my right/ middle of my stomach, i have been pooping a bunch today, and i feel a little bit on pressure in my lower stomach, my stomach is also gurgling like crazy (no pain) also i hardly ever drink water.
