I Have Been Having Diarrhea Along With Stomach Pain In

I have been having diarrhea along with stomach pain in the center of ny stomach. I have noticed that this is happening shortly after meals. I have also noticed some bright red bloody mucus on the toilet paper as well as in the bottom of the toilet. I have been very gassy during these epposodes as well.
